I upvote because that which repulses me to this degree (and is such a widespread practice) should be exposed. Brave are the women who do this and have stopped.
I think their point is that all physical businesses must cater to the handicapped by having wheelchair ramps, handicapped parking, etc...and that internet businesses need to do the same...pretty sure Target was just a random starting point for that.
